Meanwhile take a mild pain killer to help.

You must have been eating a lot of carbs, less water,fruits and fibre. You have to balance it out, if your poo is too strong and you force it, it might break your spinchter. That’s the only thing i can say.

Just get fruits (water melons) and Dates. Eat them and make sure to drink lots of water. Avoid peppers and make sure not to force yourself when pooing. Get well soon
