I told her that the money I gave her was not counterfeit, they were shouting and ranting telling me to give them another Money I refuse I told them I didn't give them any fake money yesterday.

Since I start this business I have not encounter such before and no one has ever gave me counterfeit before and I know counterfeit very well,

my Neighbor gather , people gather telling them that I don't gave people fake money and I still insist that I will not gave them any money.

So elderly men and women now told me that I should see it as lost for peace to resign that I should gave them the 6000 then I transfer 6000 to them.

They told u to pay to 'avoid trouble' and u f oolishly bought into the scheme.At the end you ended up being defrauded of 6k and indirectly admitted you gave them fake notes.

Sorry for you loss and the sad experience…Did you collect the fakes notes that they presented? Did you get their details, ID cards, driving licences etc?
You should collect the notes and punch holes in them in the presence of everyone or split the notes. If they went back with the notes, they would attempt that again on another unsuspecting operator.

What have you done to prevent this from happening again? Maybe you need to get yourself some ultraviolet light device and use that to check the cash with your customers.

I checked the all note there is no counterfeit there, and that the first time she came to make withdrawal. And no one has ever come to complain that the money I gave them is counterfeit.

Point of Sale business is now a very risky biz . It requires you to be highly alert always on each transaction. Most Nigerians has wrongfully now converted this venture to become a bank spot.
This will always attract criminals to your stead if you handle lump some cash .

For the fake notes scenario, next time always insist your customer count and check there money before they leave your shop .

Also have a specific book register for withdrawal in which your customers writes down there name , phone number , amount collected with a signed signature .

This will help proof your customer counted and checked the money recieved before leaving your shop .

If such scenario ever occurs again , take them all to the police station .

Install mercury fluorescent bulb in your office and encourage your customers to confirm cash given to them with it. Failure to do this, the customer should bear the consequence.
