Russia control her own currency just like USA did all the time.
Companies are buying Rubles already since Russia announced that new rule as Russia already planned to extend the Ruble payment to all Russia exports instead of Dollars and Euros.
Many countries will follow Russia rules in future, as the war is an eye opener to many countries.

415 naira to a dollar is the current exchange rate. The dollar is loosing value because of Russia Ukraine war, I don't think it is because of naira gaining strength

Would stop producing IC Engines and move to fully electrical by 2030,
