A youthful American based cleric, Dr. Nicolas Felix has declared to contest for the position of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Party(APC) in the 2023 general elections. Dr. Nicholas, who is from Edo state came third in the 2019 Presidential elections and he is basking on that excellent outing the 2019 elections and the Not-Too-Young-To Run affirmative action of the Nigerian constitution and of the APC to contest for the position of the President, this time, under the APC.
