Abia state, always in the news for bad things. And to say the likes of Abaribe is one of the potential Guber candidate in the next election is just worrisome. Abaribe with no tangible projects r point out to even having being in the Senate for a decade +. Between good governance in Abia state and Biafra, which should have been the priority of Abian people? 21 Likes 2 Shares |

Ikpeazu and Yeye Bello are the most useless governors of all times. Don't be surprised if Ikpeazu declare to contest for 2023 presidential election tomorrow like the other clown Bello. 26 Likes 2 Shares |

It's a pity that our retirees have to made to go through this stress having worked relentlessly while in active service. The state government should please do the needful by settling their arrears because it's a shame owing our senior citizens this number of arrears. 4 Likes |

No no, this is way too much!! If only the Igbos will leave the north, south west and south south alone, then redirect that energy to their leaders in the east, the east would have been the best region to stay. But no.. I believe the Fulani's are also the cause of this... 12 Likes 1 Share |

Abians are the cause of their problem, they always vote with sentiment. They like doing he is our brother let's vote for him, yet that same brother will hide & turn deaf ears when he wins the election. Abians don't know how to vote because they sell out their votes cheapily & easily. Foolish state with foolish sets of human beings. If Abians are wise they will vote for people like Alex Otti or Prof Greg Ikechukwu Ibe, but they won't, they'll rather want to vote with sentiment than voting for the best candidate. He's our brother, he's our brother; he's our brother kill una there. You people should keep deceiving yourselves & continue to suffer. 7 Likes |

Off record, We have been hearing about the dire state of our economy and how funds are needed to fix and bring it back to life yet till date, no serving or ex public officers has come out to fight for reduce in cost of governance and total overhauling of some deadbeat sectors. I believe we all know the answers to our problems but playing politics at the cost of the naive masses is what keeps this country downtrodden and I'm afraid the patriotism spirit remaining might just be reserved for japa plans.. |

Ok, they should be paid ASAP without delay. Those who can read can see that they it started under 'angel' Orji Uzor Kalu till T.A Orji. Ikpeazu has paid workers salaries under him. The strikes and protests are about those owed by previous administrations (which i am not saying should not be paid) But calling Ikpeazu names for salaries and gratuities being owed before his swearing in in 2015 is not proper #My_Opinion Ournolly: And so is every other governor owing workers. ceeceeco: Its you and your state that is foolish. You will be in your hut in one UGM ravaged part of Nigeria talking like you are in Abia state. Nonsense https://www.nairaland.com/5939661/abia-state-development-thread-pictures 2 Likes |
