I changed the mobile number I used in opening my account to a new number by dialing d customer care self-service number and I was told that my account has been updated to d new number, but when I tried to purchase something online an otp code was sent to my old line instead of the new number dat I updated my first bank account with. I had to call d customer care line and d said it is because my account have not been profiled in which d promised to profile it but I later tried to carry out the transaction and it is still sending the otp to my old line instead of d new line. Pls I need urgent response
