Hi guys Here are some FREE Weight loss tips that helped me loose over 10kg in a month without a rigid workout programme
( feel free to add whatever helped you too in the comments )

Since the internet is filled with lots of misinformation, this article is set to give you the step-by-step method to lose weight and get rid of stubborn fats in your belly and other body areas in weeks to come . before we go into that let's look at some things that cause weight gain .Genetics ,hormonal imbalance, poor and imbalanced diet, excess sugar intake ,medications ,excessive alcohol intake ,malnutrition ,lack of activity (try dey move around ),stress ,smoking inadequate sleep etc ,they all contribute to this weight of a thing sometimes if u take care of your eating and u excersice yet no change probably because of these reasons .
Things You Shouldn’t Do to Lose Weight
.Taking unsafe supplements, pills or products that don’t have proven safety or effectiveness against weight gain
.Different purging which can cause excess loss of fluid
.Extreme exercising
.Smoking and use of illegal drugs
The first important thing to do when starting your weight loss journey is to calculate how many calories you need in a day.

1 know how much you weigh and your BMI (bodymass index)
Losing weight has to do with the number of calories you consume. Here is the basic principle of weight loss:
You gain fat in your body by eating more calories than your body uses or needs.you lose weight by eating less calories than your body consumes
2. Set Realistic Weight Loss Goals
The second step is to be realistic about your eating and exercise habits and set your milestones. Are you a late-night snacker?Do you taste food while cooking?Do you finish the children's leftovers? What do you eat on a typical day and throughout the week? How much are you eating? How often are you exercising? What workouts are you doing? What’s your stress level ,primary forces behind your stress? How’s your rest and sleep schedule How many kg would you like to lose? How many inches would you like to drop to? When would you want to achieve it?
You should answer these questions and set a fitness goal as you set out on your weight loss journey.
Goals keep you on your toes, motivates you and sets you up for success. However, it makes no sense to set unrealistic goals.so therefore set SMART goals SMART stand for; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-specific.
3. Get Rid of the Scale
Stop checking your weight on the scale every day.
It’s okay for you to weigh yourself before you start your weight loss journey, but checking everyday won't help.
4. Identify and Eat Healthy Protein, Fat and Vegetables
You actually need a BALANCED DIET to be healthy and stay fit.
When making a meal plan to lose belly fat in Nigeria ensure a balanced diet
Proteins beans eggs crayfish etc, some low caloric vegetables cucumber (very important ),tomatoes, cabbage . Oils use small amount ooo especially palm oil.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because your body has been at rest all night and needs fuel to start its metabolism to give you energy to start your day and also make you less hungry at the next meal.
5 .Try and eat breakfast it's important
When you actually skip meals (especially breakfast) or deliberately refuse to eat when you are hungry, you may feel tired, experience headaches, and poor concentration in the late mornings which can affect your performance.
Also, after skipping breakfast, you get hungrier later in the day and may resort to consuming unhealthy snacks and drinks which defeats the entire purpose of restricting excess calories.
The rest include eat less carbohydrates (akpu, eba, starch ,bread, etc),reduce salt intake ,AVOID FRIED FOODS ,reduce sugar if possible remove it completely. The one I liked the most is **eat your food slowly and in small potions then drink plenty water before u start eating that way u won't eat too much *
