ozigbo was awaiting supreme court judgement to see if he would become governor. By the time the supreme Court judgement was made and he lost, stipulated time for submission of form has elapsed, so he submitted late,hence the disqualification.

I guess the court that EFCC took Stella Oduah to is Lawn Tennis Court and that’s why she was not disqualified even with her anti party activity during the Anambra guber election.
