I'm a Domain Investor, I have many domains listed for SALE on Dan, Epik, Afternic, GoDaddy, Sedo Marketplace but domain business need patience especially the brandable/premium ones.

There is an area in Domain called "Domain Parking" that many people don't really focus nowadays because is not making much again like before compare to flipping the domains.

I tested one domain name (TeenGalleries .info) on September 2021 which I parked on BODIS. I parked this domain from September 2021 till January 2022 and I was able to make $100+ doing nothing but just watching as people are viewing and clicking on the advert on the domain.

I later sold the domain in February on Dan Marketplace for $350 because I need some cash then.

I have already parked another domain on 12th of April this year and is also making money already. I wanted to invest more on this parking domain business but I didn't have enough capital that the business need.

Imaging if I have like 10 to 20 of such domains, I can be making more than $100 every month doing nothing.

Attached are the screenshots of the domain earning from September 2021 till January 2022 with the screenshot of Dan when I sold the domain.

I will appreciate if anybody can help me with loan or can introduce me to anybody that can help. I don't like taking those loan from those "Loan App" around. I have a CAC certificate for a UK Used Laptops Business am doing incase if CAC is needed.

I will also appreciate if the assistance can also come from individual. I will also love to help if anybody also want to invest in the business.
