Which Poor person would not shun Rain and Sun, to collect a few thousand Naira, in this "Buhari times"?

That is why the Elite, LGA Chairmen, Governors, Ministers, House of Reps members, Senators, etc will keep INFLCITING UNPRECEDENTED POVERTY on the Nigerians Citizens.
