How many African universities are in the top 50....zero

Stop.making this a Nigerian issue.

All the universities in the top 50 are mostly in the UK and the US
.
So the visa if true...is to attract students who are already in the UK elite schools
..not just anyhow universities

The essence of the law is for those who went to a top US university and might have issues settling in the US because of its immigration laws especially Indians

UK is telling them they will be accommodated.

It's a win win situation for UK and the individual.
UK gets brilliant individuals, the individual gets a good economy (not as good as US though)

There are no African or Asian universities on the list of top 50. Don't make it look like Nigeria is being targeted.

In this age of remote work, you don't really have to migrate to work abroad sha, just find one peaceful state and a location with good internet, earn in dollars and spend in naira.

A lot of people don't think like this. They want to be in Lagos and abuja and port Harcourt calling it big boys living.

The headline is kinda misleading. If no Nigerian university is in the top global universities, how has Nigerian graduates qualified for the exemption?

Top 50 ke, there's no Nigerian university in the top 500. Just look at the majority of our graduates, dem fit quote book like parrot but when it comes time to put it into practice, most of them become deaf and dumb. Even our private universities na nonsense dem dey teach, no real world application, zero intuition.

Lol! They are addicted to suffering that's why. It doesn't make any sense to stay in an area with a high cost of living and traffic congestion when you've got other options. Choosing a place where you'll save money and won't be stressed is real wisdom, you can always travel to other places for holidays from there once in a while.

No wonder Nigeria university graduates were exempted, the topic already ruled us out but some people still can’t read and figure things out for themselves. Shame on our learning system
