Go to AliExpress and order the Screen. Then take it to them to fix it for you. That should reduce cost. Or better yet if you have too much time on your hands. After buying the screen from AliExpress, go to YouTube and learn how to fix the screen, it's a complex process so good luck.

The one you're currently using if you didn't buy it at least 2 years ago it also wasn't brand new

I tried about 6 different ones none of them work for me
Just buy new one if you have the money or you buy second hand if you want to sell the phone off

I repaired mine in Owerri too, at that samsung authorized center in Wetheral. It was 89500 as at last year
