Business Development Executives needed for Immediate Employment at Landbook By Harmony Gardens, A professional Real Estate Company in Lagos.

As a Business development executive, you must be a Business leader in real estate marketing, and sales, you are to focus on developing strategies to build new client relationships while maintaining existing relationships.
Assisting in identifying new business opportunities through existing and new partnerships across the real estate industry
Building and expanding client database
Supporting the onboarding of partners and clients, help maintain good and healthy relationships through effective liaising through social media
Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
Define and follow up on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new products of the Harmony
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.
Build referral and lead generation network for the team.

This is a High Base Salary Job plus Commissions and Incentives
