This group has been formed by Mr. Paul, if you are new to LinkedIn or a seasoned veteran looking for new job or venture, but you realize that there isn't any response from recruiters, that is because LinkedIn has an automated algorithm in which it shows the profiles of only those candidates who have high endorsed skills on their profiles.
