May be Ihejirika was somewhere but not in Nigeria. You ppl are only good in creating conspiracies. GEJ won 2011 election so easily but lost 2015 election because his govt failure to act on insecurity prior to 2015 election and they were rejected. Buhari did very well on BH insurgency but should he seek for reelection now(if it were possible) he would fail to win due to banditry. Ihejirika only shared dollars meant for arms but never fought any war, it is shameful to even think those people did anything to stop the insurgency talk less of coming with new conspiracies.
