How did you come about this story on Ezu river...any source?

When the criminality is engineered from outside....by more powerful forces, there's only so much a state governor can do! You see this playing out in many states (Imo, Kaduna, Zamfara, Plateau, etc), not just Anambra. If the criminality raises from within (like we saw with the high spate of armed robbery in Anambra some decades back), then it's much easier for the indigenes and a committed state gov't to bring things under control.
