We have been told to build institution instead of individuals. It wouldn't matter if CBN governor is contesting for the post of president if we have enough confidence and trust in our institutions. After all, what can a CBN contesting for president do with ballots if it is kept with CBN?

I think Dalung is concern about the integrity of the so called directorate since Emefiele happens to be their former Boss who could have built a relationship with with them making it it easier to manipulate things.
