It is true countries have taken this type of decision in the past. It will provide an avenue to develop and re start. However, an outgoing government taking such decision that outlived it's tenure is a concern for me. I think the government should have limit itself to one year and allow the incoming administration to reevaluate circumstances.
Of course, it is expected that most of the policies this administration would be reconsidered and fine tuned. But we hope this suspension is the not result of the team requesting for the;payment of theiri allowances?
