If you were intellectually ahead, you would have realised the measure of success in not how much capital invested in a business but the returns from the business. Although the SW generates the highest IGR in Nigeria, they have the lowest investment in capital projects for their people. Hence their IGR is being eaten up by "operating expense"

You are very wrong and you know it. Ogun has the advantage of being in close proximity to Lagos, so they use this in attracting factories and businesses to Ogun State. I did Abeokuta to Ikeja under 1 hour 2 days ago. That is the same time frame from Ikoyi to Gbagada on a good day.

I'm saying this so that you don't allow tribalism stop you from taking advantage of opportunities around you.

Indeed. When Reno Omokri recently praised the Yorubas for their culture of respect for elders it was only Igbos, of all the over 250 ethnic groups of Nigeria, who protested vehemently against what does not concern them at all.
