It's such a shame that a failed governor (youth) still has the guts to spew out rubbish. Kogi state is in shambles, workers are not been paid, deplorable infrastructure, health care system is none functional, public primary & secondary schools in Kogi is such a sad reality. The state owned University, Polytechnic etc are all glorified secondary schools.
