Where was the treasury, ministry of finance, Departments, auditors, CBN and banks.

There are over 500 people working in those organisations and institutions. So they want to tell us that no one not even one person raised alarm or noticed anything. Till the whole money entered voice mail. Even if it's 5 million. This is a joint work and I still dount the N80b figure.
