These were deterrent to enforce obedience because of the hardness of the heart before Christ. The death of Christ brought mercy in place of judgement.

What's even more interesting about most every single one of those instances you pointed to is that they can all be traced back to the Old Covenant and Law given by God through Moses exclusively to those who have the blood of Jacob coursing through their veins as Constitution in the Land of Canaan which He, God, have to the people of Israel - Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20

God Himself constituted the people of Israel and gave them the Law of Moses as a National Constitution and set His prophets as judges in the land, and those of the tribe of Levi as law enforcers.

What this means is that no none Jew has authority to practice or carry out any of the sentences indicated in the Law apart from those authorized by God, and of the blood of Jacob.

That's part of what a God who rescued a nation from the land of Egypt under slavery gave them as a CONSTITUTION!
So it served as the constitution of that nation for centuries until the nation broke into two regions one part consisting of 10 tribes in the Northern region while 2 tribes (with the tribe of priests) in the Southern region.
There CONSTITUTION became obsolete when other nations disrupted their judicial system by taking them captives for decades. So by the time some of them returned to their home land the CONSTITUTION has been rendered inactive no longer in force that's how they began using the constitutions of their colonial masters instead of the laws their God initiated.
Today that nation is no longer united in what you're quoting because they no more practice what that God set for them as standard rather they follow the international standard approved by the western world.
So whoever tries to do any of what you quoted up there in that country today will be severely dealt with under the international standard of ruling.

The OP should show us one example of a christian in any part of the world that has ever enforced any of the laws in the old testaments that you mentioned above. One thing I have realised is that moslems only preach peace in a country where their population is low, but where they are much they become violent and want to enforce archaic laws in a modern world. A country that doesn't have this religion in majority and doesn't share borders with other countries that have this religion is the most fortunate country in the world.

There has never been a time in history when humans generally accepted any constitution it's always to be forced on them for it to be active. What i'm saying is that the God who set that constitution never took them seriously after the nation splitted into two and taken captives.
The constitution supposed to guide them until the Messiah (Christ) come to establish another covenant which will eventually lead all adherents to everlasting life. Deuteronomy 18:18-19
So their God never took them as His established Kingdom again because the agreement has been breached {Jeremiah 31:31-34} that's why Jesus told his disciples to continue praying for God's Kingdom (God's own rulership) to come {Matthew 6:10} that is when the earth will receive everlasting blessings {Psalms 67:6-7} as promised to Abraham! Wrong! You missed the Consent and Agreement Ceremony (Covenant) in Exodus 24 Israel's version of "We the people"!

Consent is The Law! And Moses obtained the consent of the people to ensure which is why you see in verses 3 and 7 they consented to it saying

Why not quote the words to establish facts of what you're saying?

By the time Jesus arrived in Israel the laws has been abandoned, the Pharisees were the group trying hard to rule over the people as they interpreted all the laws in their own favour so there was contradictions already among them on how to implement those laws.
That's why there were Pharisees, Sadducees, Scribes and other Rabbis all contradicting themselves over what the laws said!

For instance, they knew some promiscuous ladies in their community but their laws can't touch such women because it's no longer the constitution that's in force rather it's the Roman construction. Herodias abandoned her husband Philip and started sleeping with Herod which is UNLAWFUL under the divine CONSTRUCTION! Matthew 14:3-4

A very influential lady known for promiscuity can't be touched yet they all knew about her immoral lifestyles! Luke 7:39

When Jesus came he exposed the flaws in what those claiming religious leaders among the Jews were practicing! Matthew 23:23-24

All these you mentioned are under the old law (Law of Moses). That is why Jesus came to die for our sins. The blasphemer, adulterer etc that ought to die, Jesus has died already for their sins, so now we don't need to kill anyone, Jesus has been killed on their behalf, all they have to repent and ask God for forgiveness in the name of Jesus that died for them. That is why Jesus said, I didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfill it. He has fulfilled all those laws by taking the death penalties for us.
