We are doing the concrete works on first floor Colums and Lintel.

We are able to add a new feature to the building as per client request. A porch at the kitchen exit which will have its own roof.

Preparing the Base of the Front pillars of the building...

Leveling of the building now ongoing.

With the client request.
He has instructed that the existing fence be raised

Front Fence be completely brought down and reconstructed with the New Front Fence Design we have proposed.

So we are getting on that now.

We are now doing the front pillars works.

This is a new adjustment due to client request.
We are gonna be roofing this porch to serve as an external porch to the kitchen exit.

Coz we intend to make this area a private outdoor sitting area and relaxation area for the client and his visitors
