This question has been bothering me for sometimes now, whenever I cook and the food did not taste good, I would be like I’ve waste this food, so the question now is delicious food and non delicious food are they providing the same protein, carbohydrates, vitamins etc? |

Your ingredients will determine how nourishing the food will be. Whether it tastes delicious or bland, does not matter. 1 Like |
