This question has been bothering me for sometimes now, whenever I cook and the food did not taste good, I would be like I’ve waste this food, so the question now is delicious food and non delicious food are they providing the same protein, carbohydrates, vitamins etc?

Your ingredients will determine how nourishing the food will be. Whether it tastes delicious or bland, does not matter.

Depends. Even if you use good ingredients but don't know how to prepare it, you will end up eating poison.

Well prepared, well garnished food will surely be very nutritious though.
