I am of the opinion that post UME should be scrapped in the Nigerian pre-qualification into any Nigerian university. The present way the exams are conducted in the various Universities does not give room for intelligent candidates who passed their Jamb to gain admission into their schools of choice.

For public Schools presently, you must know somebody in the school before you are giving admission. If you are to be lucky to get admission without knowing somebody, then you will be giving a Course you did not bargain for.

These days, the schools are using the sales of post UME Forms to make money, selling as much as the whole population of Nigeria. This way, they are making entrance to Nigerian Public Universities very difficult and expensive(Payment for both JAMB Form and Post UME Form). And this is only affecting those who could not afford to go to Private Universities.

Even on the Post UME exam day, the exams are not well conducted. Only a few who could secure a sit will be allowed to write. Those allowed to write, their papers will be collected on time.

Federal Government, Please helps us we PARENTS. We spent our hard earned money to buy JAMB Form for our children and sent them for JAMB Extra moral Classes. But, after passing the JAMB with above CUT OFF marks, the Post UME results will shatter our dreams.

Save us.
