Governor Seyi Makinde has emerged the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party for Oyo state Governorship election.

The incumbent Governor polled 1040 votes while his rival Hazeem Gbolarumi had two Votes. Which kin humiliation be this grin grin grin

This combo though looks like a perfect match will be a disaster. KWANKWASO DEPUTIZE FOR OBI?
If they somehow manage to win they will fall apart before 1 year.
One will "betray" the other along the way. Kwankwaso is way too powerful than Obi and Obi being who he is wont allow Kwankwaso Lord it over him which will surely bring about bad blood.

A well deserved victory...but no come spoil things for we people in Oyo state should you emerge as the next governor... second term palava loading!!! Talking from experience (constit; authority)...


The difference is clear, Constituted Authority got elected in 2011 and 2015. He did not pay gratuities for 7 good years. Makinde has paid 3 years backlog (to 2014) in just 3 years.

Pension/salaries comes in before the 30th of each month.

This is just a few from the differences…

Remove South South from your madness. We in the South South are ready to vote for anybody whom we feel is competent regardless of his ethnic or religious affiliation. Moreover, South East has been more supportive of Niger Delta candidates than any other geo-political region in Nigeria, so your point is invalid!

That is what most people doesn't understand. There is hunger in the land, The most joyable thing to a workers are to be paid at the end of the month. People need to survive. He pays workers and pensioners by 25th, the month will flow to the market because they must buy things, My retired parent (pensioners) went through hell in the hand of former governor. He talked to them anyhow in public gathering, owing for months, intend to privatise all public schools but we thank God for today.

Makinde was doing infrastructure at his pace without disturbing salary. Just imagine the Akobo bridge, they were doing it gradually and that is how he is working up to Oke Ogun, (according to what l heard]. Oyo state is very big, May God continue to guide him
