Having one uniformed orderly is an invitation to disaster. Either move alone with your driver, or carry at least a mini 'battalion' of minimum 4-6 armed and scattered escorts. If you can't afford that minimum, then resign to fate and move alone or with a regular civilian driver. That's much safer than moving with a lone armed 'orderly'. Unless the purpose of the orderly is to foolishly oppress or show off to unthreatening and harmless regular people.
