Good day Nairalanders, I need some info about this role in Access Bank- Banking Officer in Accounting or finance department specifically, its an experienced hire role.

Do they also give them targets to meet jst like the Marketing department? If yes, how much target ? What happens when one doesn't meet targets ? Do they give them mandatory car loans? If yes, what about those that already have their cars b4 joining the bank, will they still impose the car loan on them?

Most importantly the targets.

Any Access Bank staff or person who have answers should kindly comment, its urgent.

An experience hire will not ask such questions.

Banking Officer is a grade, not a role. Which department were u hired for?
