Civil Servants should beware of this lending agency because their mode of operation is shrouded in fraudulent practices. Ignore my error and use of words. I obtained a loan of 200k from them in February 2022 with a repayment duration of 1 year to payback 280k. Fortunately,I was able to pay up the loan in that same February with 10% interest making 220k. I was informed by their staff that since I was able to wipe off the loan, all further deduction on my account will be stop immidiately. I was shocked when I was deducted in the month of April and May with no valid reason for deduction. I immediately reached out to that same staff who processed the loan, also doubled as a customer care rep. with all evidence of payment, only for her to promise a refund of the deducted money since last week Monday (2weeks) gone. Then I requested she get me a letter of Non-indebtedness from their company to block further deduction, since a week, she's best at giving one excuse or the other. Guys, pls any information on how to reach their management would be greatly appreciated. |

These loan agencies have criminal tendencies. You should make a complaint against them (providing all the evidence) with CBN. |
