Its been in the news , that Siminalaye Fubara and others are wanted for Embezzling over 400bn. After investigation and research done, heres our findings.

- Firstly, the entire budget presented at the house of Assembly last year was 483bn, how then would it be possible for one man to embezzle 435bn, which is about 90% of the state budget.

-The Rivers State government does not have record of such funds missing.

-We do not think its possible for a government official to move over 400bn without the state government noticing.

-Before a director of finance would be able to move such amount, the governor and commisioner would have to be aware of such transaction.Then if thats the case, it becomes states business.

-Efcc does not have powers to interfere in state business, except if the state involves the commission.

-Why did EFCC wait till now before declaring him wanted?.

-The case has been treated at the higher courts,of which the state government came out victorious.

Our Question?
-Isnt this another form of witch hunting?

- Does the Ruling party feel threatened by the emergence of sim Fubara as a pdp Guber candidate.

Once anyone leaps to the defense of a politician like this, it usually indicates someone who's aiming for personal gain.

Rivers State financial performance has been in top the chart since 2015 going by FG agency months reviews. The man who has made this possible is Fubara. EFCC should rest.

Then he should submit himself for questioning. Do u know how many bankers that has been invited by EFCC? Didn't they come back to there work after a satisfactory response.. he should go to EFCC to clear his name simple

I don't think they want to even question him. He would most likely be kept in efcc custody till after the elections.

The governor is not aware of such huge money missing because he is moving the money on behalf of the governor himself. He should be found and jailed.

Why should an employee be jailed for following employers instructions in his line of work. There's no case here

The said #400billion was not allegedly stolen in one calendar year, it must have been accumulated over the years and if the allegation is untrue, he should clear himself.

look my friend don't come here and play the devil's advocate, you are just being sentimental here, if sin funbara is being witchhunted , was the accountant general a close ally of pmb also witchhunted, pls let's stop this unnecessary sentmentalism, wike knows what he s doing , he knows once funbara is touched and thoroughly grilled he I'll sing like a bird, that's why he did all his best to make sure funbara emerged as the party flagbearer in the state in order to protect his loot, wike knows once he is out of office the EFCC searchlight will beam on him and he I'll do anything necessary to avoid it .

Are you ok at all?? So the governor is now the owner of the public funds at his disposal??

Whether he followed the employer/governor's directives or not, he stole public resources and have to suffer for it.
