There have been reports of fraudulent change of delegates lists , midway into primaries. Some Party leaders tend to do this, after unfavourable outcomes at the early stages.

INEC has to include preventive, rather than reactive, measures in its guidelines to entrench democratic culture in the electoral process.

INEC must officially authenticate delegates lists that parties must use at all levels, based on verified congress results. Aspirants will receive copies of these lists, as applicable to them.
