It has been brought to our notice by many potential voters in the South, especially the western part, how the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is deliberately making the process of obtaining PVC difficult in the southwest.

The report indicated that INEC is purposely making it difficult in order to disenfranchise millions of eligible voters in the south west, unlike what is obtained in the North where they will even beg people for double registration.
Also, despite the several complaints by voters on different INEC SM channels, the electoral umpire has turn a blind eyes to them, further fueling the allegation to disenfranchise millions of eligible voters in the south west.

This is probably part of the plot by the northern power broker, they knew if the two major political part present a candidate of northerner extraction, the uprising from the south will be massive.
