He would have failed his screening. One of the questions asked was whether the aspirants have any cases pending before ICPC or EFCC. In any event he was the one that jumped bail and failed to appear in court 3 times. If he didnt jump bail the Judge would not have ordered EFCC to produce him, hence the forceful arrest.
