RESPONSIBILITIES
• Professionally handle incoming requests or complaints from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and
thoroughly
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making
• Advise customers on company information
• Resolve customer complaints via face to face, phone, email, or social media
• Solicit sale of new or additional services or products
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Assist in business development by continuously identifying customers' needs and advising management on business development
strategies
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and other necessary reports as required by management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS

• Full understanding of transport operational systems including international transport
• in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, ERP, CRM and general computing
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
Minimum of OND/NCE certificate in Mass Communications, Literature/Linguistic, Management, Business/Public Administration, Transport Administration or related field with 2+ years of progressive experience in Customer Service.
