This man is what you call slow poison, I think he should allow them all battle it during the convention, he clearly supports Osibanjo if that’s what he “ read” as usual to the governors. They have a lot of work to do because I doubt the northerners gathering to vote massively for Osibanjo(a Christian) with a Muslim vice as against Atiku(a Muslim) with a Christian vice.
Fielding Tinubu will be a mistake as he(Tinubu) is a Muslim and will need a Christian northerner( who commands a large voting power), that’s hard to find.
Atiku garnered more than 11 million votes against Buhari, that’s a lot already but we will see where this will land them all.

The north will retain power but the question is “who” if not Atiku……

When their votes keep crippling with a percentage of 70:30, out eyes will all clear….

Y’all don’t kill yourselves over these politicians, brace up, you are about to start another unpredictable 8 years…

Northern votes will be divided between NNPP and PDP if that happens. A United South will be a key decider!

This time, the south especially the south east will get fewer votes than the last time, the fear of unknown gunmen, votes for Peter Obi and people not willing to vote at all due to the fact that they feel marginalized.
It’s already playing out…

If second term governors can be allowed to have their successors, what prevents Buhari from selecting his successor?

If wee wee Bullion van shaky shaky hands can anoint Fashola to take over from him against all odds, chase away Ambode, what makes him think or what moral right does he have against Buhari for selecting or choosing who to succeed him in Aso Rock?

E sweet me walahi

This is not nice at all....you guys should stop using a health condition against anyone...Nobody knows 2moro

The 2015 election was won by APC because Jonathan was betrayed by those he thought were working with him but were working against him.

Elections in Nigeria historically are not won by votes, but by rigging. You must rig to win or rig to not be rigged out.

Yes. The collation centers is where the rigging takes place but if INEC does electronic transmission from the polling units that will eliminate that route.
Electronic TX will sure solve the rigging problem but it will be very controversial.

APC also lost Ondo in the last election.
Amosun has contacts in the North too. He's a long-standing ANPP member. You underrate him and Onu in the North because they don't have the media machinery to blow their trumpet like Tinubu.
Having said that, Tinubu himself is banking on riding in buhari's popularity in the North to win the election if not, he knows he is no match for atiku.
You might be right.
However, Amosun do not have a grip on the west like Tinubu. Even in the north, both him and Tinubu have mutual friends in the north and they seem to align with Tinubu; reference Shettima and Ganduje.

Again the media machinery adds to Tinubu's appeal. The more resources you have to expend on behalf of the party to win the more advantage you have to be considered.

But they have had almost 4 years to test it out, and fill all the loopholes.

If INEC wants to conduct a free and credible election. They know what to do. But INEC is only an annex of the political party in control.

The only president that could have reformed the electoral system was Yaradua sadly we lost him.

The problem is, they're not ready to reform the electoral system.
The opposition party is only pushing for it because it's going to favor them.
They won't entertain the idea of they're in power.

You guys picked another arch enemy in Tinubu and President Buhari that was subjected to series of attack , calling him something from Sudan ,declared him dead while alive has suddenly turn to your hero . If it’s destiny that The Man Tinubu will govern this country it means you have another years to continue in your campaign of hatred, envy and bitterness....

Oh! You don't want me to factor in USA but you're quick to term Nigeria a Banana Republic where only place that the president chose his successor. But telling you and giving you classical example to silent you, you're now telling me not to mention USA. As if USA is a perfect country.
Adding up those rhetoric attached is just from a bitter soul, I will advice you heal yourself and stop being bitter. The president has not done what has not been done before. It's a common practice because a successor without a good successor becomes a failure. Hence, he need to be involve to choose who succeeds him and that is not a big deal.

If before you, president Buhari is a successful president that he feels entitled to choose his successor, you are suffering from ethno-religious bigotry, backward ever and forward never.
