Niger APC Youths Endorse Bashir Musa For Deputy Governor

Group under aegis of Pro- APC Youth Movement,Niger State have endorsed Alhaji Bashir Musa Ibrahim as the preferred candidate for the position of Deputy Governor.

According to the group, the party's Flagbearer, Hon. Umar Bago deserves a deputy, who has the capacity to work under pressure and deliver on all campaign promises without stress.

Bago, a member of the House of Representatives, representing Chanchaga Federal Constituency won the All Progressive Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Niger State.

In a statement signed by Comrade Mustapha Hamza Bosso and made available to journalists , the group said it has carefully studied all those jostling for the position of Deputy Governor now and discovered that Hon. Bashir Musa Ibrahim is the only one with the requisite political background and support to make APC win the general election.

The statement further reads: " We are urging Hon. Bago to consider the reasons put forward by the group and pick Bashir Musa Ibrahim as the number two man for a sustained success, progress and development of Niger .More so, that he worked during the campaigns and elections period for for Bago's victory.

The group stated further, "He is an astute professional and a party man ,who would no doubt help our incoming governor succeed, and join hands to build the Niger State of our dreams in Sha Allah.

"Teeming youths of Niger State demands for slot of the deputy governor in the interest of our great party.

"This is crucial to attain sense of belongings, fairness and equity and we believe Bashir Musa Ibrahim is the right person to represent the Youth as the Deputy Governor." The group emphasized .

The group however, asked all APC members and stakeholders to endorse him for the highly exalted position of Deputy Governor, because of his invaluable contributions to development of the party and its members across Niger State.

While stating that Musa is one of those loyal and committed party members that went out of his way to ensure that the Incumbent Governor succeed, the group assured ," we are sure he would do same thing if consider for the joint ticket."
