The Federal Government has announced a bold step toward ending the tertiary education strike, stating that it will spend N25 billion as arrears of Minimum Wage Consequential Adjustments in the education sector effective from 2022.

The Federal Government has recently approved 25bn Arrears of Earned Academic Allowances for ASUU and also promise to pay all the remaining salary soon.
