Where exactly did he get a wife? Why did the Bible not make mention of other people?

Simple. Adam and Eve knew Cain would need a wife and continued child bearing. He married Adam's daughter later in life


The Bible doesn't mention irrelevant things to Christ because the Bible is actually the genealogy of Jesus tracing His-story from the beginning, through the blood lines leading to His life. Hence anything too distant from this epicenter is determined as tale and not too relevant
