To Russia, and neighboring regions that are being freed through Russia or those doing GOD's Will.

First of all, I read the small regions that were/are part of Ukraine may become part of Russia or be independent of those who refused to do the Will of GOD in the larger Region. The truth is that the regions can only choose to be on the right side which Russia is currently part of, or the regions will be left with those going against GOD Will.
I actually prefer to see freed regions become independent to do what is right/good... They can become part of Russia as long as Russia remains above them in doing what is right/good. If neither Russia nor ukraine is above the regions then they(the small regions) can be used to guide them(Russia and ukraine) and use their natural resources for good.
In regards to the regions guiding Russia and Ukraine, that is what may happen if Russia refuse to conquer those going against GOD's Will. The little regions will be used to conquer them. I notice the enemy is giving more problems to the small regions with reckless use of weapon of war. I will remember that
