OWO MASSACRE: HON JIDE IPINSAGBA CONDEMNS ATTACK ON CHURCH, CALLS ON SECURITY AGENCIES TO UNMASK PERPETRATORS.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ondo North senatorial District Hon jide Ipinsagba, has condemned the recent attack on St. Francis Catholic Church Owo in Ondo State.

Jide ipinsagba who could not hold back His tears, said, that “This kind of unprovoked attack should not be allowed to recur as any recurrence would have weight consequences on the fragile peace and unity of our Nation.

Hon jide Ipinsagba said this, during a visit to the monarch of owo, His Royal Majesty, the Olowo of owo Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III and the victims of the attack.

According to Jide ipinsagba, "how can any right-thinking person embark on such am evil act against innocent worshippers."

However, Jide Ipinsagba urged all security agencies to work hard towards unmasking those behind the attack and deal decisively with them.

According him, thus will serve as a deterrent to those planning to polarize this country through the fanning of the embers of hate, ethno-religious inclinations and divisiveness.

Hon. Jide ipinsagba also sympathized with the families of the victims of the attack, including the government and people of Ondo State, and prayed God to console them.

with all this number of sympatizers nothing is yet done to control insecurity.

the did had been done and they are gone *may their soul rest in peace* all this outpour of sympathy thou it will console the family of the affected but will it protect them? will it stop the horrorful incident from repeating itself somewhere somehow someday?

sympatizing is good and i commend their effort but all that alone is not enough we want, need and expect from the government and people in various offices of authority, we need security that will guarantee and warrant peace not condolence.

prevention as said is better than cure.

better not get wounded than got wounded and go for treatment for no amount of medication can treat off the scarse
