Mr Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party (LP) towards Nigeria's 2023 general elections has been involved with some controversy with regards to his party.

In a Facebook post by Maria Ude Nwachi on June 6, 2022, sighted by MyNigeria, one Mr Sampson Charles Uchenna has taken Peter Obi to court because according to him, he holds the presidential ticket of the Labour Party and not Peter Obi.

According to some report by the punch as early as may 11th Hon. Samson Uchenna Charles was the sole candidate of labour party therefore validating his claims
