I saw the thread title and was like, someone isn't telling the truth yet, because Nigerians are too 'strong' to die from mere disappointment let alone commit suicide. Mba!

Having read this part of the story on LIB,

the picture is clearer now. What can I say?! Sad! Rest in peace.

Removing the womb leads to a drop in oestrogen levels.

Oestrogen affects mood and she should definitely have been on hormone therapy and still been seeing a doctor because her symptoms would be similar to what happens during menopause, i think.

Too late to check all that now or to find out if she continued with her medication while in england.

A lot of people see suicide as an intentional act, but most of the time, people who commit suicide are not in the right mind set. For someone who is hanging herself, I guarantee you that she didn't just close her eyes and die, she must have suffered excruciating pain as the rope tightened around her neck. But the sad truth is that suicide is never a solution. I thank God that she didn't have any kids, because with her level of depression,she probably would have killed them too. If a man breaks up with a woman, its not the end of the world, and if its true that she was dating a married man and was expecting him to leave his wife or something, then this tale is even more pathetic than imagined!
