If that be the case, then concentration should be in compelling the southeast representatives in both National and state government to conduct a referendum and prove to the rest of Nigerians that Igbos are ready to be independent, for until that is done, everything else will just be noise and will be inconsequential

Lagos did it before by conducting a census though not recognized by the Federal government but at least it gave the State an idea of the population of the State and can then be used as a reference point for the national census data for Lagos State
