THE 1999 CONSTITUTION IS NIGERIA - UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THAT! The 1999 Constitution is Nigeria. The 1999 Constitution creates One Nigeria. Ask questions! Since indigenous people did not write or agree the 1999 Constitution, whose NIGERIA does the 1999 Constitution create? If it is not our Nigeria why do we not end it? We end this Nigeria by ending the fraudulent 1999 Constitution. When we end the 1999 Constitution it releases our Self-Determination.
