Don't like do rubber stamp lawan, but he is absolutely right on dis, Paying ransome & protection money is what's embolding these criminal, if they don't get paid, they can't buy guns & bullets, then even vigilantes can easily wipe them out...But if people keep paying, they would just get stronger till they start kidnapping whole villages as they have more weapons
