There is a sweet sense of justice when people get exactly what they had coming to them. It’s almost as if the universe has got one’s back. As you can imagine, this is the exact feeling that swept Nollywood actress Tonto Dike off her feet following news that the federal government demolished her ex-boyfriend, Prince Kpokpogri’s 700 million Naira Abuja mansion. Right now, fans of the actress have gotten tired of her screaming, “Karma is a B.I.T.C.H.”
Without a doubt, the major entertainment highlight of 2021 was witnessing the bitter crash of the blossoming romance between Tonto And Kpokpogri. The actress who was hoping to marry the Delta politicians found out he was professing fake love to her all along and quickly ended the relationship in August of the same year. But Kpokpogri, who had reportedly been planning to blackmail the mother-of-one for money, made sure to humiliate and embarrass her publicly. In return, the self-styled King Tonto used her connections to arrest her ex-lover and collect all the gifts she gave him when the love was still sweet, including a Toyota Hilux vehicle.
But Kpokpogri boasted that a car is nothing to him when he owns a state-of-the-art mansion in Abuja. The mansion in question, worth 700 million Naira, was open on May 17, 2021, with a grand housewarming party that had the likes of Mr P, Ned Nwoko, Juliet Ibrahim, and other celebrities in attendance. Unfortunately, that mansion has now been reduced to mere bubbles. Nigerians who had almost forgotten about Kpokpogri woke up to him crying that the federal government had demolished his 1-year-old mansion.
While some people have been consoling him, Tonto Dike did the exact opposite. The actress said she would continue to rejoice and dance like David danced because Kpokpogri almost made her want to sign off from this world after he ruined her financially and emotionally.
Is this really Karma dishing Kpopkpogri a cold meal on behalf of Tonto Dikeh? Does the actress have valid reasons for rejoicing over his downfall?
