I have suffered a great deal in the hand of Web developer in the past leading to many aborted projects hence this SOS
Right now I need a good website that will come with good CMS with very good presentation, easy navigation and scalable. It will also have basic job application portal and newsletter plug in.

Please I will provide content, give you link to a prototype site and then you will develop in your own environment. Payment will be made before migrating to our hosting...
