He is a champion and Diana White reviewed his pay upward recently. Adesanya received the same review. It was Jake Paul that offered him $20 million to fight and he turned it down.

There are several cases of person of northern extractions that settled down south and started their familIes there example are bound in Agege, Ibarapa, Enugu, kwara , Elele etc.

Most people from the part of Edo are muslims hence, they bear muslim names....
His father was Pharmacis was ones in the Nigerian army, he went to U.S on training but returned and resigned from the army and relocated his family to the U.S.

Average ufc fighters don't earn much per fight but a popular champion like him, pound for pound king and Pay per view king like him is already earning millions per fight...
His desire to fight Jack Paul or the Mexican pound for pound boxing king is a one of mega bucks probably for retirement package as he's aging and not wanting to keep fighting till he's tired of fighting or needlessly beaten when he ought to be out of the sport.
