Even in Freetown, nothing is free. Why is it that it is only during elections and the electioneering campaign seasons that our politicians become cheerful givers? After the elections, they start recovering what they spent. I once met a political party agent who officiated during an election for a political party. He told me that he had to even collect his own cash from the opposing political party, then went to observe his rest as the opposing political party carried out their election rigging. He said that he did so because that was his only opportunity as the politicians forget about the thugs after rigging them into positions.
Obi is telling you that he is not distributing cash as as he is coming to work and not to steal. Every sincere Nigerian does not need any further motivation to vote for Obi. He said that former Governors and political office holders don't need to be pensioned. Nigeria is stickingly rich but have wrong set of persons occupying political offices. He is not a career politician. He is a philanthropist. He is educated and will always ensure that the educational sector is doing well. It is foolishness and insincerity to oneself to speak or work against Obi.
