Shooters have apparently snatched the Anglican Bishop of Jebba Diocese, Kwara State, Rt. Fire up Oluwaseun Aderogba, and his better half.

The couple were snatched close by their driver while going on the new Oyo-Ogbomoso Expressway in Oyo State. This purportedly happened not long after their vehicle fostered an issue at a desolate segment of the street at around 8:30pm on Sunday June 12.

The Prelate of the Methodist Church incident may have placed a price on the clergy of churches. Very sad.

Churches, pastors and the clergy need to be more careful, even more than others because the kidnappers now believe that the congregation would raise the ransom money faster than just family members. All trip details must be well guarded henceforth.

It's clear, the fact that the Bishop kidnapped in East declared that he paid 100m ransom to kidnappers will make kidnapping of Bishops and clergies more rampant.
